As a Team Lead, Insurance Advisor, you lead by example by demonstrating a high impact sales approach that’s balanced with advanced underwriting skills and general insurance knowledge. While achieving sales targets, you’ll mentor and coach others by sharing your knowledge and expertise.

- Demonstrated experience in sales and customer service
- Level 1 license (Level 2 preferred)
- 2 plus years of personal lines insurance experience
