VOS DÉFIS
• Assurer un service efficace et rapide dans la réception, préparation et expédition des marchandises aux clients externes ou aux succursales de l’entreprise;
• Interchangeabilité des fonctions.
VOS RESPONSABILITÉS
Réception :
- Décharger la marchandise;
- Faire la vérification de la marchandise reçue;
- Effectuer la réception dans notre système informatique;
- Placer la marchandise de façon sécuritaire dans l’entrepôt à l’endroit destiné;
- Traiter les non-conformités des fournisseurs.
Préparation :
- Préparer les commandes clients et transferts succursales;
- S’assurer de respecter les demandes spéciales inscrites sur les bons d’expédition.
Expédition :
- Vérifier l’exactitude des commandes clients et transferts succursales préparées ;
- Emballer les commandes clients et transferts succursales selon leurs spécifications;
- Effectuer l’expédition dans notre système informatique et celui du transporteur;
- Décharger et placer la marchandise aux endroits appropriés;
- Maintenir tous les équipements en ordre, inspecter et remplir le rapport de matériel.
Santé et sécurité :
- S’assurer de travailler de façon sécuritaire, souscrire aux normes SST et être alerte à son environnement;
- S’assurer de la propreté des zones de travail;
- Respecter les outils, le matériel et l’environnement de travail;
- Aviser un responsable lors d’un bris.
CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire;
- Capacité à soulever des charges;
- Confortable avec la technologie.
