Role: Manager, Supply Chain and Reverse Logistics
Status: Regular, Full Time
Department: Procurement
Location: Hybrid - High Meadow/Markham

The Manager, Supply Chain (Reverse Logistics) strives to achieve “best in class” operation by designing, supporting, and leading best practices across Supply Chain and various business areas. This role leads and directs the work of others and is a core function, in our organization. The desired candidate will have the analytical and cross-functional skills necessary to successfully collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Field Operations, Finance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the Warranty function (includes three (3) warranty clerks) and optimize execution of product recalls
  • Oversee all aspects of reverse logistics: Flow of parts and equipment, vendor returns process, respective data integrity
  • Work with team and with vendors to optimize adherence to warranty processes in the field, extended warranty registration, warranty information maintenance across various systems, warranty claims submissions to the vendors, and collection of respective credits.
  • Use internal reports to manage team workload, track progress, and measure performance
  • Manage Warranty employees through ongoing performance management, development, coaching, and attracting and retaining strong performers.
  • Support team by handling escalations, where required.
  • Engagement initiatives: Being proactive and intentional about building engagement within team
  • Develop and issue monthly performance reporting, and ad-hoc reports, as requested

  • Leads with strong data analytic skills (via Excel, Power Bi) and project management background
  • Established and measurable success in delivering continuous improvement, implementing systems, best practices sharing, delivering of consistent brilliant customer service
  • Transferrable Warranty and Recall experience an asset
