Once here, you'll:

 

  • Play a key role in supporting Registry services by providing day-to-day reception and administrative support
  • Assess registry related documentation, order inventory, prepare deposits and manage daily communication 
  • Ensure quality service and professionalism at every customer interaction
  • Provide a broad range of administrative and general support while maintaining the overall flow of the office
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you tackle tasks seamlessly such as processing payments, drafting documentation, and event planning
  • Be an effective teammate and flexible in adjusting to changing work priorities
