As part of the IT Integration Team, you, as a Project Coordinator, will work closely with the Integration Project Manager to coordinate and manage activities between the Integration team and broader Westland IT teams. This role entails leading small projects and/or components of larger projects towards their successful delivery under the direction of IT Integration leadership. It requires working with IT leaders across teams to coordinate and track key activities supporting the overall Integration Program. You will support delivery of the Integration workflows including the planning and tracking of key activities such as deployment of credentials and equipment.

 

Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $58,400 - $73,000, with a 35-hour work week. Your rate of pay will be determined based on your individual qualifications and experience, while considering internal equity.

Once here, you'll:  

  • Be responsible for delivery of assigned tasks to support Integration workflows
  • Coordinate integration activities requiring support from broader Westland IT teams, including Platform, IT Service Delivery and IT Business Solutions
  • Work with Integration leadership to create and maintain appropriate documentation/deliverables including project plans, presentations, reports, diagrams, workflow diagrams, spreadsheets, journey maps, etc.
  • Complete and maintain Integration workflows and run books
  • Provide hands on support on project work components which may include requirements gathering, process documentation, training documentation and delivery, communication material creation, pre- and post- go live support activities, as well as transition to operations support
  • Utilize project management processes, tools and templates that align with Westland standards and practices
  • Use appropriate tools (i.e. Excel, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) to stay organized and report on work progress as part of broader project reporting expectations
  • Proactively identify impacts on other projects and programs, with an eye for mitigating resource constraints, customer impacts, and technology conflicts.
  • Develop effective, respectful, and collaborative relationships with team members as well as internal and external partners
  • Communicate effectively and manage project expectations with all stakeholders ensuring that presentations and communications materials are appropriate for the respective audiences, including regular project reporting
  • Participate in Community of Practice and other learning forums to share knowledge, discuss challenges and progress your own and the team’s growth and development
