About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity to support our Operations Team as a Senior Manager, Off-Premises Operations. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Manager to lead our Off-Premises Operations and Digital Restaurant Experience. This role is pivotal in developing and executing operational strategies that enhance our digital presence and off-premises services, including Digital Ordering, Third Party Delivery, Catering, Drive-Thru, and Self-Order Kiosks.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive operational strategy for enhancing digital ordering experiences via App/Web platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Testing and Implementations Team to create robust testing plans for new products ordered through these sales channels.
  • Liaise with the Technology Team to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Point of Sale systems and Menu Content.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Digital Team to optimize Digital Menu Boards and drive promotional strategies.
  • Spearhead the development of Drive-Thru operations, focusing on Point of Sale, Timers, Outdoor Digital Menu Boards, and Communications Systems.
  • Monitor industry trends and customer preferences to continuously improve the digital restaurant experience.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of digital initiatives.
  • Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the restaurant or retail industry.
