The Opportunity

 

McElhanney has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Transformation Project Manager (ERP) to join our growing IT Division in the Vancouver region. As a veteran Project Manager, you will have 15+ years of professional experience, bringing a large amount of organization and discipline. 

 

This position requires an individual who has experience working in a large-scale digital transformation and/or project management office. This includes developing, executing and managing project controls including budget to effectively coordinate activities, resources and managing vendors and contracts.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and direct the end-to-end technology system implementation from beginning to end.
  • Develop and execute project plan (scope, scale and key deliverables)
  • Ensure integration of activities across cross-functional workstreams to ensure activities are coordinated, aligned and working in lockstep with project milestones and goals.
  • Establish and manage project controls associated with risks, issues, changes and decisions
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Managed vendors and contracts and effectively negotiate changes
  • Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

What You'll Bring

  • 15 years’ direct work experience in a project management lead capacity
  • Strong familiarity with Jira Confluence, MS DevOps, Primavera, Smartsheet, etc
  • Competent and proficient understanding of platforms ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (FinOps, Sales, Project Ops and Microsoft Azure)
  • PMP and / or ITIL Certification(s)

 

What Can We Offer You?

 

The salary range for this position is $121,680 - $149,760 per annum. McElhanney offers fair compensation that is commensurate with the individual’s education, experience, skills, and professional qualifications. The posted base salary/wage range is representative of the required level of qualifications and experience for the position as noted in the job posting. The salary offered will be based on the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
