Job Title: Mechanic (Floor Cleaning Equipment)
Shift: Permanent, Full time - Monday to Friday - 8:30-5:00pm and occasional overtime/weekend
Location: Delta, BC, Canada
Wage: $35 per hour

About the Role:
We are looking for an expert in repairs and maintenance of a variety of floor cleaning equipment! We require an individual with mechanical and electrical knowledge and hands on experience to work in our Delta Warehouse and at our various service sites within the lower mainland. This is an opportunity to work with a growing organization that can provide employee development and leadership.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Work closely with Warehouse and Procurement Teams
- Troubleshooting mechanical issues on forklifts, ATV's and vehicles

Troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance of various mechanical & electrical issues on floor cleaning equipment such as Walk Behind/Ride On Auto Scrubbers, Propane/Electric Burnishers, Industrial Sweepers, Wet/Dry Vacuums, Carpet Extractors, Swing Machines, Golf Carts etc.
- Lifting above 51lbs on an ongoing basis
- Class 5 Driver's License (mandatory)
- Forklift certification (considered an asset)
You Have:
- Experience operating and repairing a wide variety of equipment listed above is required
- A willingness to learn and key attention to detail
- Forklift license
- Valid class-5 drivers license with clean driving record
- The ability to communicate necessary fixes and apply training to repair equipment
- The ability to lift over 51lbs equipment on an ongoing basis
