Westland Insurance Group Ltd is growing and has a new opportunity for an Assistant Manager – Dealer Services based out of our Maple Ridge – Westgate Centre location. This is an 18 month contract position.

The expected annual hiring range for this role is $61,568 to $76,960 with a 40 hour work week. Actual offered wage will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

As an Assistant Manager, you're a collaborative sales leader with a genuine passion for the client experience and your team members. You're responsible for the promotion, sales and service of auto insurance products including ICBC, Optiom, Agile, etc.

To Inspire, guide, and support your team to achieve the goals of our clients, company, and team members, while leveraging your insurance expertise.

• At least three years' industry experience 
• Insurance broker Level 2 license

• Support the Dealer Services Manager by leading, mentoring and inspiring team members
• Guide and support sales agents to attain expected targets and continuously monitor branch reports for key performance indicators
• Foster relationships with our Dealership clients and seek opportunities to pursue new business and additional product sales
