THE ROLE

We are looking for an innovative Compensation Manager, reporting to the Senior Director, Total Rewards, who will play a key role in shaping our organization’s compensation landscape. In this role, you will play a critical role in building and designing our compensation architecture. Collaborating with HR teams and Business Leaders across the organization, you will contribute to the review, development and implementation of broad-based compensation programs.

 

Responsibilities

  • Leads and participates in the planning, implementation, and communication of the annual compensation process
  • Create and establish a job hierarchy and compensation framework
  • Develop compensation bands to align with current market trends
  • Develop, document, and communicate new compensation guidelines and policies for all compensation programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful compensation initiatives and continuous improvement
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR colleagues, providing expert guidance on all compensation-related matters
  • Maintain accurate compensation data, ensuring integrity across all systems
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on compensation trends and market competitiveness to guide strategic decisions

Background, Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and education
  • 5-7 years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards
  • Progressing towards or already holds the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
  • Committed to continuous improvement and always seeking out better ways to do things
  • Demonstrates critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills
  • Excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing change and prioritizing tasks
  • You excel at organizing data into cohesive, professional reports and presentations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel, and familiar with HRIS systems (Dayforce experience is a plus)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all aspect of work
