About Us   

VetStrategy is a 100% Canadian operated group of veterinary clinics with locations throughout Canada. We believe that veterinary clinics are an integral part of the community they serve and as such we put a large focus on community-based activities and initiatives. Every clinic we partner with is unique and serves a very diverse client base.   

The GLENORA FAMILY PET CLINIC, is part of the VetStrategy group of clinics located in Edmonton, Alberta. We are open from 9:00 – 6:00, Monday to Friday and 8:00 – 3:00 on Saturday.  

We are a small animal veterinary clinic that opened in June 2016. At our facility we provide quality care to cats, dogs, pocket pets and rabbits. Our team always puts the needs of the patient first so you can count on us to provide compassionate care to your loyal companions. We want to create a partnership with our clients that is centered on giving the best care and treatment to their pets. We are also Fear Free and certified as a Gold Cat Friendly Practice.  

Located in the capital city of Alberta, Edmonton is the hub for professional sports & entertainment, summer festivals and the world-renowned West Edmonton Mall. You’ll also find walking paths along the beautiful river valley and enjoy 17 hours a day of sunny summer daylight. In the winter you can enjoy snowmobiling and snowshoeing and winter sports galore.

What You Bring    

• The ideal candidate will have 1+ yrs of experience. 
• Flexible and adaptable to evolving veterinary practices and technologies.   
• Capable of handling a variety of cases and situations with composure and professionalism.   
• Relationships are important to you. You easily build strong and trusting relationships with clients. 
• Effective communication: You understand the importance of client relationship management and education in promoting animal health and can remain composed during challenging situations.  
• Empathy for animals and their owners is a must.   
• You work well in the face of emergency cases. 
• You work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Everyone on the team is important and has a voice.
