Site Hand (Entry Level)

What you’ll do:

• Conduct inspections, repairs, and fill propane cylinders and tanks for drivers and customers.

• Safely unload and reload cylinders onto delivery trucks, adhering to strict safety guidelines.

• Operate material handling equipment such as hand trucks, forklifts, and hoists in compliance with safety policies.

• Use tools and equipment such as ladders, hand tools, grounds equipment, and other utilities and supplies as needed to safely complete setup, maintenance and repairs on new/existing sites and equipment.

• Complete paperwork and record maintenance as needed.

• Manage the flow of materials and products, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop and dock area to uphold a professional appearance and safe working environment.

• Assist drivers with routes and customer interactions as needed.

• Other duties as required.

What you bring:

• 0-1 year of general work experience.

• Valid Driver's License.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Basic knowledge of propane is a plus, but not required.

• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, stooping, climbing, and lifting materials weighing up to 100 lbs.

• A safety-focused mindset with a commitment to adhering to safety standards and procedures.
