What can you expect? 

The Retail Key Holder serves as a prominent figure in maintaining exceptional customer service standards across Sunshine Village's various retail outlets. As a leader in the retail team, you'll demonstrate strong leadership skills by motivating associates to uphold high service standards. Your passion for the outdoors will shine through as you contribute to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests and staff. 

Key Responsibilities

• Restocking merchandise with the assistance of sales associates.
• Handling cash transactions accurately, and providing unparalleled service to our guests.
• Overseeing the opening and closing procedures of 1-2 stores, ensuring smooth operations throughout the day.
• Taking charge of task delegation among sales associates and managing day-to-day activities.
• Attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

• Retail or relevant customer service experience.
• Key holding and/or Supervisory experience.
• Cash management experience; Till balancing, POS, returns, cash-outs, deposits
• A history of upkeeping stores and maintaining merchandizing standards.
• A desire to develop product knowledge of our seasonal gear.
• Previous inventory, warehouse, or receiving experience.     
• Good organizational Skills.
• Have a passion for skiing and or snowboarding.
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and self esteem.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations.
