About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity to support our Marketing & Culinary team as an Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing & Media based in Miami, FL. The Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing & Media is responsible for the day-to-day management of paid media and assets across Subway’s paid channels, Subway’s .com and app. At Subway, we're not just making sandwiches; we're crafting experiences. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

Media

  • You'll collaborate with different creative teams, agencies, and media buddies, cooking up campaigns that seamlessly integrate with our broader marketing strategies. 
  • Execute killer digital media campaigns, from social media to Search, Display Ads, and Online Video. Your creative juices and smarts will truly shine here. 
  • Dive deep into customer research, market trends, and competitor analysis to shape our digital media and creative strategy. Make it something our peeps will love. 
  • Help set up goals (KPIs) for our campaigns and make sure we're keeping track of what's working using cool tools. 
  • Transform those complex media and creative reports into actionable insights that guide the Marketing team's decisions. You'll be turning data into gold – well, not literally, but close enough.

 

Digital Assests

  • Assist in reviewing and executing marketing materials, including print collateral, digital assets, and cross-functional content. Help maintain and organize asset libraries, ensuring excellence in delivering digital assets across Subway’s owned & operated digital channels, including .com, the app, and CRM. Additionally, provide support with proofreading and editing marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings, coordinating project timelines, and managing project documentation. 
  • Your stellar communication skills enable you to connect with diverse audiences and present your ideas with flair.
  • Daily collaboration with Brand Marketing & Creative Services teams regarding editorial messaging, window activations, and integration across channels. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or related degree required.
  • 1-2 years of Digital/Marketing experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to collaborate in a team environment but can also work independently.
  • Knowledge of marketing from branding to the basics.
  • Excited to bring creative ideas and has a strong interest in the Marketing world.
  • Understanding of timelines and project management.
  • Able to identify and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to work constructively under pressure.
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Excel.
  • A strong interest in ad tech platforms.
