Responsabilities :
- Build and review workflows, implement processes to optimize reporting efficiency and implement internal controls.
- Contribute to the standardization of accounting processes between business units and assist in the implementation of best practices, risk mitigation and cost control.
- Review the deliverables prepared by the team and develop the skills of a team of accountants.
- Support the implementation of new company standards and policies and participate in other initiatives related to the assigned position
Requirements:
- CPA Title
- Minimum of five relevant experience
- Rigor, sense of resourcefulness and autonomy
- Good oral and written communication skills.
