Project Director, Major Projects and Programs

Your duties and responsibilities in the position of Project Director include, but are not limited to the following:

Project Delivery

• Develop and maintain senior leadership client relationships;
• Regularly review client workload forecasts and drive growth of the RAM program;
• Develop program organization structure and recruit key roles;
• Establish succession planning initiatives for key roles;
• Develop recruiting strategies with RAM Department Managers to ensure appropriate staffing plans;
• Develop program Key Performance Indicators and reporting templates;
• Support and influence staff alignment with program objectives;
• Evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations for areas of improvement;
• Seek to resolve issues within the program and elevate to executive sponsorship as required; and
• Lead regular program health check meetings with client and RAM executive.

Business Development

• Seek opportunities to diversify RAM’s client portfolio by offering similar services to new clients;
• Develop and grow relationships with subconsultants and subject matter experts to increase RAM’s service offering within the program;
• Identify and secure partnership opportunities;
• Actively contribute to growing RAM’s revenue and obtain client satisfaction by performance excellence; and
• Collaborate with other divisions to actively promote RAM and its other services.

People Management

• Lead, mentor and develop Program Managers and key staff;
• Provide leadership to the program team and advise on training and professional development for junior staff; and
• Assist with recruiting key staff.
