In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Strategic Planning: Lead the development and refinement of the organization’s long-term strategic plan, aligning with the overall mission and vision. This includes identifying key opportunities and challenges, assessing the competitive landscape, validating uncertainties and risks, and defining strategic priorities.
- Strategic Initiatives Execution: Translate the strategic plan into actionable initiatives and drive their execution, working in collaboration with teams across the organization.
- Complex strategic problem solving: Provide resources and expertise to Journey leaders as needed to support business line specific strategic opportunities & challenges, including growth, innovation, efficiency and operations.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats. Provide insights and recommendations to guide strategic decision-making.
- Business Development: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential mergers and acquisitions. Lead due diligence and integration efforts when necessary.
- Financial Analysis: Assess the financial viability of strategic initiatives and investment opportunities. Develop business cases and financial models to support decision-making.
- Executive Facilitation: Support planning and facilitation of executive-level meetings and workshops with thorough planning and coordination.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate the organization's strategic vision and priorities effectively to all levels of the organization. Foster a culture of collaboration and alignment around strategic goals.

- Exceptional communicator and strategic, analytical thinker
- 5+ years of work experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, enterprise analytics, or corporate finance, with proven track record of leading and executing successful strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical capabilities with an outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to quickly assimilate large amounts of information; effectively comprehend, synthesise, analyse, structure and facilitate strategic decision making
- Demonstrated experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams in a collaborative manner
- Solid business acuity, professionalism, and integrity
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritise multiple competing initiatives
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to summarise and present findings clearly and succinctly and experience preparing materials to support executive-level decision making
- Comfortable communicating with all levels of leadership and staff and articulating their point of view
- Influencing skills, including ability to influence upwards and influence decision making
- Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, as well as key data analytics tools (PowerBI, SQL)
