The purpose of the role is to oversee all marketing tech stacks to ensure seamless integration that help enable marketing initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Email Marketing & Operations Team Lead to join our dynamic marketing team. As the person in this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming our marketing operations by leading the implementation of cutting-edge martech solutions. Your expertise in marketing technology, strong leadership skills, and strategic mindset will be instrumental in driving the successful adoption of martech tools, optimizing marketing campaigns, and enhancing our customer experiences.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data analytics, and technology teams, to understand business requirements and identify appropriate martech solutions
  • Design and execute a comprehensive martech implementation strategy and roadmap
  • Managing the implementation of new marketing technology platforms to ensure compatibility with existing systems
  • Oversee the configuration, integration, and testing of marketing technology platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient system operation
  • Journey design using advanced scripting to help create personalization 
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of martech solutions and data
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in the marketing technology landscape, making data-driven recommendations for technology adoption and upgrades
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align martech capabilities with customer journey mapping and deliver personalized and impactful customer experiences
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in the implementation and operation of martech solutions

 

So are YOU our next Team Lead, Email Marketing & Operations? You are, if you have…

  • 2+ years in marketing technology implementation or related roles, with demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing technology tools, including CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms, and analytics solutions
  • Experience with Adobe Experience (Marketing) Cloud or related platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations and experience ensuring compliance within a marketing technology environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinker
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Focus while under pressure and pay close attention to detail
  • See the big picture while paying attention to the smallest end details
  • Able to work flexible hours when requested
  • Motivated by a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Takes ownership of tasks and drives projects through to completion
  • Willingness to multi-task and be flexible to take on varied responsibilities
