We’re looking for our next Sales Onboarding Specialist. Could It Be You?
The Sales Onboarding Specialist role is an important sales position across the Questrade enterprise. As a primary point of contact during the initial onboarding journey for customers, the objective of a Sales Onboarding Specialist is to create and foster a positive sales relationship with Questrade clients.
What’s it like working as a Sales Onboarding Specialist at Questrade?
In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Helping Canadians become much more financially successful and secure

Interacting and building relationships with customers through primary and secondary channels
-
Primary channels include inbound calls, live chat & SMS, email, in-person walk-ins, and occasionally virtual meetings

Secondary channels include outbound calls via an automated outbound dialer or from organic inbound follow-ups

Handling a high volume of inbound sales interactions per day (40+) with the goal of assisting a prospective customer in opening their account from start to finish

Working in a hybrid role environment and supporting multiple inbound channels as the business demands

Consistently providing an exemplary customer experience by demonstrating our “We Care” values during each customer interaction

Educating customers on Questrade’s trading platforms, products and services
-
Ensuring a smooth onboarding journey from start to finish
-
Receiving weekly / monthly coaching, mentoring, and training from sales team members
-
Participating and engaging in strategic sales initiatives, both for the department and for your respective team
