We’re looking for our next Benefits Administrator (6 month contract). Could It Be You?
The Benefits Administrator will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Total Rewards team, including processing benefits transactions and providing professional and quality customer service to employees of Questrade.

As a member of the Total Rewards team, the Benefits Administrator will play an active role in both the team and within the broader organization. From overseeing benefits enrollment, termination and change processes to leading benefit information sessions, the benefits administrator will ensure a positive employee experience at all touch points.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Point of contact for processing all benefits transactions for new hires, transfers, employee changes and terminations
- Support monthly reconciliation process
- Liaise with broker / insurance carriers to ensure employee inquiries are resolved in a timely manner.
- First point of contact for employee inquiries regarding the benefits program, coverage and policies.
- Provide accurate, professional & quality customer service to Questrade Financial Group
- Responsible for Benefits Google Site, keeping information up-to-date and identifying additional information to include
- Oversee new hire benefits enrollment information session
- Create, implement and conduct regular monthly benefits information sessions for all employees
- Responsible for disability administration
- Actively contribute to a high performing and engaged Total Rewards team in a respectful team environment
- Other duties as assigned

- A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field
- 1+ years of experience as a benefits administrator, or in a similar role
- 2+ years customer service experience, understands the importance of the employee experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting with employees in a professional manner
- Critical thinker with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Great team player who can also work independently
- Good analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Excel & Google Sheets
- Insurance industry experience would be an asset
- Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is considered an asset
- Experience with Google Suite & MS Office products
