We’re looking for our next Relationship Manager, Sales. Could It Be You?
The Relationship Manager is a pivotal member of the Sales Team. The primary responsibility of the Relationship Manager is to foster strong and mutually beneficial relationships with our existing customers, in an effort to increase their asset value and their overall levels of satisfaction, while driving revenue growth and ensuring long-term business success. The Relationship Manager is responsible for engaging customers throughout their entire Questrade lifecycle, in order to grow and retain their business with us.

In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Managing a book of existing high-value clients

Identifying and addressing client financial needs

Developing tailored strategies aligned with client goals

Providing value-added services such as proactive outreach, product updates, and platform tutorials

Educating clients on Questrade products and services

Driving asset growth and customer equity expansion

Achieving monthly targets
-
Conducting outbound calling campaigns

Working independently and proactively to overachieve stretch targets

Hold a post-secondary degree / diploma in business, finance, sales, marketing, or a related field

Have 2+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Relationship Management

Are a subject matter expert in Questrade products

Have effective communication and interpersonal skills
-
Have strong work ethic and discipline
-
Have a passion for continuous learning and development

Have a team-oriented and collaborative mindset
-
Are reliable, accountable, and a stickler for details

Are resourceful, self-motivated, confident and energetic

Are knowledgeable in stocks, options, and other investment vehicles
Additional kudos if you…

Have completed CSI courses related to securities and derivatives (CSC, CPH, DFL, OLC)

Are proficient in French and / or Mandarin
