JOB SUMMARY:


Reporting to the Operations Supervisor the Customer Experience Representative Team Lead plays an integral role as part of a team dedicated to Metro Supply Chain. This role will ensure timely and professional service while acting as a liaison between the customer and the warehouse. Additionally, t
he incumbent would be required to use their in-depth knowledge of Red Prairie to attain desired productivity goals ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met as it relates to order fulfillment and customer service.

 


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·       Process and input all customer orders

·       Trace orders as required and notify customers of any activity concerning their merchandise.

·       Assure proper invoicing of accounts by verifying computer-generated invoices.

·       Maintain good working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries

·       Report customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction.

·       Act as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and between the office and customer regarding invoicing and credit changes.

·       Oversee all paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding files.

·       Maintain a current and accurate procedure book which details the processing requirements for each account.

·       Answer phone calls and operate various types of office machines and computers necessary to perform duties.

·       Effectively correspond with customers as required.

·       Resolves customer concerns and escalates as required.

·       Have exceptional knowledge of Red Prairie WMS and work with the Supervisor to address any training or procedural gaps.

·       Control’s flow of outbound pick schedules monitor productivity.

·       Assist where necessary in implementing and training personnel on operating guidelines, policies, and procedures.

·       Assist where necessary in developing and training of all Red Prairie WMS upgrades and modifications and ensures that operators are made aware of all changes that directly affect them.

 

 

    

EDUCATION /EXPERIENCE:

   

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in progressively responsible materials management related to operational jobs.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of customer service experience.
  • Previous experience with Warehouse Management Information System (WMS).
  • College diploma in logistics management is preferred
  • Previous experience with Warehouse Management Information System such as Red Prairie an asset
