  • Manage concurrent events, clients, and business improvement projects.
  • Taking the lead conducting site visits, facilitating planning meetings, and public speaking in front of small and large groups of customers online and in person.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • At least 3 years of experience in event planning, tourism, venue, or hotel management
  • Completion of a 2-year diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Event Management or 4-year university degree
  • Experience in a client relations role with primary responsibility of their success and outcome
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to clearly express ideas, thoughts, and concepts verbally and in writing.
  • Self-motivation and proven willingness and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Proficiency using venue booking software or a CRM database
  • Lived experience demonstrating our core values: trust and respect, accountability, innovation, teamwork, service excellence, diversity, equity & inclusivity.
