Service Administrator (Term) - Swift Current

To fulfill Pattison Agricultures’ vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Term Service Administrator to join our fast-paced, energetic dealership in Swift Current, SK. This term position will be for approximately 12 months.  The successful candidate will assist the Service Business Manager in maintaining accurate and on-time reporting and finalizing the work order collection process. 

Responsibilities

This individual’s responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service as the “face” of the shop and first point of customer contact.
• Address internal/external customer inquiries and be backup for incoming calls, direct customer traffic.
• Assist Service Business Manager/Foreman in opening of Repair Orders Warranty/Customer.
• Open Purchase Orders requiring outside labour and materials and bill to Repair Orders.
• Maintain filing/records for customers and department, record and submit meeting minutes.
• Build and maintain strong customer and co-worker relationships focused on teamwork, efficiency and productivity.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop skills/knowledge.
• Follow safety rules/regulations and ensure followed by others.

 Requirements

This would be an ideal position if you have:

• Ability to use current business/operating systems, computer programs/applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of accounting practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays, if necessary.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• General understanding of mechanical/technical terms preferred.
• 2 years of experience in an agriculture/related service dept an asset.
• Ability to read, write, and speak effectively with customers/co-workers.
• Valid driver’s license required.
