Terrain Park Attendant (Winter)

Description:

Build and maintain both beginner and expert terrain parks, by hand. 

Essential Functions:

• Open/close Terrain Parks
• Maintain level of safety for park users.
• Inspect and maintain terrain park features to a standard, and in a manner outlined by management.
• Maintain signage and fencing.
• Co-ordinate with grooming dept. for moves and major re-builds. 
• Maintain and Supervise volunteer Park Ranger program.
• Perform special event construction and teardown as needed. 
• Interact and solicit feedback from users.
• Monitor and maintain presence in park 
   

Experience/Requirements:

• High school, able to read, write and understand English
• Heavy equipment or Grooming operator an asset but not mandatory
• Shift experience is helpful
• Above average mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Common sense
• Basic carpentry skills
• Welding skills an asset
• Must be in good physical shape.  Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.  Must be able to work the night shift -- able
• to work through the night.
