Snow School Desk Agent (Winter)

Description:

In this multi-faceted role, you will assist guests in booking ski school programs. You will actively provide guest information regarding Panorama Mountain Village, events, services and facilities.

Essential Functions:

• Must possess an extensive knowledge of ski school programs and resort activities and events.  
• Provide information and book ski school programs according to guest needs. 
• Oversee the registration procedures of guests.
• Assist in the implementation of resort programs and organize special events and assist other departments with functions as needed.
• Process daily sales, ensure cash outs are balanced at the end of day.
• Provide ongoing communication between shifts, with supervisors and with staff. Ensure all methods of communication are correct and updated regularly. 
• Accountable for dept. area daily maintenance of grounds, equipment & amenities.

Experience/Requirements:

• Administration or sales related experience in snow school field preferred.
• Proven ability to work with ticketing and sales register software.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, and work with varied ages and skill levels.
• Ability to take initiative, be highly organized, effectively communicate, and manage groups.
• Able to work evening and weekends when required.
• Experience in Ski & Snowboard lessons an asset.
