Are you a seasoned Business Intelligence (BI) Developer looking to make an impact in a dynamic organization? We are seeking a talented BI Developer to join our team and participate in the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of our enterprise BI products, with a strong focus on migrating from on-premise solutions to Azure cloud-based services.

You’re good at:

Cloud Migration:

  • Lead the migration of on-premise BI solutions (SSIS, SSRS) to Azure cloud-based platforms such as Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Factory.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and integration with existing databases and data warehouses.

BI Solution Design and Development:

  • Design and implement BI systems to support current and future business requirements.
  • Collaborate with data analysts and end users to create and manage data models.
  • Maintain databases and storage solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
  • Work alongside the Data Engineer creating ETL processes and ensure efficient data transformation and loading.

AI and Data Analysis:

  • Manage infrastructure for effective AI deployment and develop AI algorithms to enhance data analysis capabilities.
  • Perform data analysis, profiling, and cleansing.
  • Team and Client Interaction:
  • Manage client interactions and requests with support from teammates.
  • Provide coaching and leadership to junior staff.
  • Stay updated on trends in new technologies, particularly cloud-based AI technologies.

Compliance and Policies:

  • Adhere to all safety policies and follow given instructions, including Work Procedures (WP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with on-premise BI solutions (SSIS, SSRS) and advanced Transact-SQL skills for Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with cloud platforms for data warehousing and analytical services (e.g., Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI and advanced skills in M language, DAX, and MDX.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and machine learning models.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work productively with cross-functional colleagues.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and technical analysis.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with appropriate prioritization.
  • Proactive attitude with motivation to improve business processes.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies or business methods.
