Under the direction of the Director of Corporate Services, the Sales Force Implementor is responsible for planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the Salesforce project lifecycle. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform requirements gathered from end-users for use in scope statements and other project documents (project charter, business requirements document, product backlog, etc.).
  • Understand and document functional and non-functional business requirements for application development.
  • Understand project and development plans and clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines.
  • Manage Salesforce Roles, Profiles and Workflows.
  • Manage, build, and maintain Reports and Dashboards for the business.
  • Perform Use Case analysis for various projects.
  • Perform Process and Data modeling for proposed projects.
  • Manage the Salesforce projects using modern development methodologies.
  • Upgrade and configure Salesforce and products for optimized integration.
  • Document project milestones, meetings, and user requests, and report them to stakeholders, as specified in the project charter.
  • Create and perform testing planning templates for use in unit, integration, system, and acceptance testing.
  • Develop comprehensive system and user documentation, including reference documents, procedures manuals, and tutorials.
  • Provide ongoing support for specific areas of implemented projects.
  • Ensure documentation is kept up to date.
  • Provide additional support over other IT operational infrastructure systems associated with current or past projects (backend services, user-related issues, etc.), as needed.
  • Apply knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to clients.
  • Perform database maintenance and testing.
  • Show courtesy and professionalism when dealing with difficult clients.
  • Comply with Magnum’s policies and procedures.
  • Protect proprietary information used in IT support and various projects.
  • Provide research over future initiatives, as needed.
  • Provide Salesforce Training and end user support.
  • Work with stakeholders to outline the architecture design, hardware, and software specifications for projects.
  • Design User Interfaces using industry-accepted methodologies.
  • Perform Program and Data Storage design based on project requirements.
  • Present design plans to appropriate stakeholders for approval and feedback.
  • Participate in training and development activities.
  • Other related duties as required.

Qualifications - Required:

  • College diploma/Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or software engineering.
  • Able to work overtime, accommodate a flexible schedule, and travel to meet the needs of the business.
  • Legally eligible to work in the country the role is based out of.

Qualifications - Looking For:

  • Salesforce certified administer or advanced administrator certification.
  • At least two years’ experience of supporting and maintaining a Salesforce Environment.
  • Experienced with Third Party Tools and Applications that tie into Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with databases that run on the SQL family environments.
  • Customer service focused with excellent client management skills.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, reliable, and dependable.
  • Understands the importance of safety.
  • Demonstrated initiative and results orientated.

  • High degree of flexibility and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Self-starter, organized, able to prioritize and multitask.
  • Able to work autonomously and be proactive in addressing issues.
