Associate Dentist - Full Time , MCA Dental Group (Thunder Bay)

MCA Dental Group, Lakehead and Red River locations, are searching for an Associate Dentist to work a combined schedule of 4-5 days per week.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday:  2-3 days at Lakehead and 2 days at Red River  (Office Hours typically 8:30am to 5:00pm)

Expectations of an Associate Dentist at our Clinic:

• The ideal candidate will practice general dentistry and seeks camaraderie in an office where having fun is just as important as providing excellent, patient centric care.
• Establish and maintain long-term patient relationships in a caring environment
• Communicate effectively with the clinical team and the patients, ensuring respect, professionalism and integrity
• Adhere to practice standards relevant to the dental profession

Required:

• Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or Completion of the NDEB Equivalency Exam
• Licensed and in good standing with the provincial licensing (RCDSO)
• Valid BLS Certification
• This is NOT a locum opportunity. We are looking for an Associate who will be in Thunder Bay and who either currently resides or is willing to relocate for the position.  We thank those who are interested in fly-in and out; however, we are not interested in this arrangement presently.
