Position Summary

 

The Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in maintaining the company's compliance standards by ensuring timely completion of essential documents. This individual will also facilitate internal communication and provide support for the acquisition process, contributing to the development of SOPs, Manuals, and Playbooks.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

 

  • Ensure the completion and accuracy of documents required for business compliance.
  • Assist in the application process for vendors and licensing.
  • Assist with internal communications to ensure clear and consistent messaging across departments.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Manuals, and Playbooks.
  • Assist in the Insurance process, renewal and claims for building, liability and vehicle insurance.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support during the acquisition integration process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor compliance regulations and ensure that the company adheres to all legal standards.
  • Manage and organize documentation storage and retrieval systems.
  • Support in the execution of project delivery as it pertains to compliance, documentation and communication.
  • Ad Hoc requests from direct manager.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Experience in pharmacy operations administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
