Associate Accountant

The Associate Accountant will perform and execute the processes of the corporate accounting team. He/ She will assist with the closing of books therefore ensuring proper financial reporting.

Bilingualism in English & Korean is mandatory.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:    

Accounting        

• Vendor registration;
• Claim and process intercompany AR AP;
• Responsible for assisting with monthly closing and year-end audit;
• Perform GL and financial statement analysis;
• Ensure compliance with company policy and procedure;

Financial Reporting

• Perform ad hoc reporting and project;
• Perform internal accounting control assessment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Over 1 years’ experience in the financial reporting/general ledger area will be asset;
• Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast -pace setting;
• Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, PPT and Word;
• Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills;
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
