Property Maintenance Technician

Are you a hardworking and motivated individual ready to learn and take on new challenges? InterRent is seeking a dedicated Property Maintenance Technician to join our team.

In this role, you will focus on completing day-to-day minor maintenance repairs to a high standard, contributing significantly to the overall customer satisfaction of our residents. These repairs will include a wide variety of maintenance and light construction tasks including basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical and finishing work.

Requirements:

  • Must have own vehicle with a clean driver's abstract
  • Must possess necessary tools to complete all tasks
  • Availability to work on a rotational emergency on-call schedule
  • Evening and weekend hours may be required occasionally

Additional Information:
This position is based out of Centretown, and it is a fulltime position. Hours are usual business hours, Monday-Friday.
