The Opportunity

Are you a self-driven individual with administrative experience looking for a full-time permanent opportunity with great benefits? We are growing our team to include a full-time permanent administrator!

Responsibilities will include, at a minimum:

  • You will be the primary person on the phone, acting as point of contact to our residents.

    • Providing basic answers to the inquiry and /or creating a work order.

    • Reviewing emails, responding with a prepared template, or forwarding to a team member for action.

    • Meeting with the occasional resident to take documents.

    • Preparing correspondence as necessary.

    • Maintaining resident files.

    • Assisting as necessary with other duties as assigned.

    • Processing Applications (credit check, verify the admissibility of the applicants,)

    • Ability to partake in rotational weekend shift every four to six weeks

Must haves:

  • Bilingualism in French and English is required
  • Professional experience in Administration 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships
  • Proficiency with MS Office

Additional Information

  • Ability to partake in rotational weekend shift every four to six weeks.
