POSITION SUMMARY

 

The Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a variety of growth related initiatives that help drive revenue and brand awareness. This may include activities like D2C marketing, partner marketing and product marketing as well as social media management, PR and content creation. This role provides an opportunity to shape the marketing and growth efforts at the new division.

 

MAJOR ELEMENTS OF THE ROLE

 

Key accountabilities of this position include: 

 

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer behaviour and needs.
  • Develop, execute, and manage growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth including:
    • Running digital advertising campaigns
    • Partnership development & marketing
    • Website optimization, content creation, SEO tactics
    • Social media management & influencer strategies
    • Email marketing, and more
  • Identify and analyze key metrics to evaluate and validate growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Operations, etc.) to implement growth initiatives.
  • Use A/B testing, product user data, and market research to inform growth strategies.

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

 

Qualifications

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. A Master's degree/MBA would be a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Growth Marketing or Growth Manager role, preferably in a startup or tech company.
  • A proficient understanding of SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
