As the Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics, you will be at the helm of driving data-excellence, leadership, and innovation within our marketing organization. In the ever evolving landscape of residential construction, data is the currency that fuels growth, innovation, and strategic decision-making. This role, working collaboratively with the IT team, encompasses strategic vision, leadership, and the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights. It plays a critical role in shaping Empire’s data strategy, driving insights, and fostering a data-driven culture across the marketing team and beyond.

This role is located at our Empire Canada Head Office in Vaughan, ON. 

 
What We Are Looking For: 

  • Post-secondary degree in Data Science, Marketing, Statistics, Business or related field
  • 7+ years relevant and progressive experience in data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), CRM Systems (Salesforce), and marketing automation systems (Salesforce Pardot)
  • Excellent understanding of data analysis, statistical modelling, and data visualization as well as data storage, retrieval, and optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data analytics to derive insights and support the decision-making process as well as experience defining and measuring KPIs
  • Experience developing and executing data-driven strategies aligned with business goals

 
Bonus If You Have These Skills: 

  • Experience ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, understanding ethical implications, and promoting responsible data practices
  • Strong project and time management skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously as well as the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders

What You’ll Be Doing Each Day  

  • Establish clear objectives and success metrics, direct performance, measurement, reporting, and digital marketing platform analysis, translating these to executive-level stakeholders and audiences
  • Identify, collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources across the business, including the corporate website, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), digital advertising, search engine marketing, CRM system, marketing automation platform (email), customer databases, and third-party tools
  • Create and implement a marketing data platform roadmap that addresses gaps and maximizes data capabilities and business insights
  • Leverage company-wide sales and marketing data, analytics, and insights to identify opportunities, while creating a culture of success-sharing, and continuously improving sales and marketing strategies for continuous organizational growth
  • Track the performance of all corporate branded campaigns and in-depth analysis to optimize and utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Promote data driven decision making across the organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize analytics initiatives while employing best-practice lead tracking tactics and strategies throughout the home-buyer shopping journey
