Your ability to discover details, build excitement and schedule qualified appointments with potential buyers through outstanding customer service will lead to home sales.

What We Are Looking for:    

  • 5+ years of sales or customer service experience
  • Excellent computer skills and attention to detail both in digital and print materials
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; customer-service oriented mind-set
  • Call center/customer service/cold calling, new home construction, leasing and mortgage experience is not required, but an asset to this role.

 

What You’ll Be Doing Each Day   

  • Represent and enhance the Empire Communities brand by connecting with online audience in the Atlanta, GA and Chattanooga, TN markets by communicating meaningful content to generate real-time access to Empire Sales Consultants.
  • Establish relationships with customers and convert inquiries into appointments or sales for the company.
  • Manage lead pipeline within Salesforce to effectively track, document, and report all activity and provide transparency of daily activities (both in Salesforce and DYC Excel, as needed)
