What We Are Looking for:    

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of related experience preferred; marketing, digital, social media, signage, graphic design, media or event coordinator
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

 

What You’ll Be Doing Each Day   

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing reports and recommendations for optimization
  • Maintain community marketing calendars to track activities and deadlines
  • Social media management
  • Organize and support various events, including community openings, realtor events, and trade shows to bolster brand presence.
  • Facilitate the creation and ordering of marketing collateral and community signage
  • Maintain an inventory and directory of sales support materials
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget and tracking expenditures
