What We Are Looking for:   

  • 3+ years new home sales experience required
  • South Carolina Real Estate License
  • Strong sales and customer services skills, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; demonstrated ability to collaborate and manage relationships

 

What You’ll Be Doing Each Day  

  • Manage all in-person, phone and internet sales leads
  • Utilize our sales and lead management software
  • Maintain weekly contact with each customer during the building process
  • Research and understand the area competition
  • Identify and build relationships with top real estate offices
  • Attend weekly neighborhood construction meetings with the on-site team
  • Attend weekly sales team meetings
