Busser (Terrasse William Gray)

Under the supervision of the service manager, the busboy/busgirl* will help to set up the dining room, assist the server during the service and will be responsible for cleaning tables. It plays an important part in the guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure an impeccable service and hospitality experience for its customers;
• Support colleagues on the floor as soon as possible, assisting with various service-related tasks;
• Prepare tales for customers and ensure that used tales are cleaned after customers leave the restaurant;
• Ensure that customers have the necessary equipment at their disposal at all times to ensure that their experience is very positive and meaningful;
• Be able to respond to customer requests;
• Keep the restaurant clean;

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in the same or a similar position, an asset;
• Training in food service or cooking, an asset;
• Ability to manage stress and priorities;
• Autonomy and initiative;
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
