We are looking for a 310T Truck & Coach Technician who can diagnose a wide variety of equipment and who thrives on mentoring some of the industry’s best and brightest technicians.

Requirements:

  • Master in truck diagnostic analysis and resolution using OEM and/or other diagnostic tools.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills by mentoring, developing, and training apprentices and licensed techs.
  • Passionate about detail and workmanship by ensuring and following safety standards and guidelines.
  • Valid provincial driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
  • Commitment to personal safety and the safety of your coworkers.
  • Valid 310T License.
  • 5+ years' experience as a licensed 310T Technician.



What you’ll be doing:

  • Work collaboratively to solve the most complex technical issues.
  • Ensure all repairs are completed with quality in mind and meet customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance services on customer equipment.
  • Road test vehicles when necessary and diagnose malfunctions to ensure that they are in working order.
  • Work productively with no supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously on the shop floor.
  • Perform PMCVI’s to ensure annual provincial safety requirements are met.
  • Follow GoRight’s standard work order process and procedures ensuring detailed, accurate and timely records.
  • Perform work with safety as a priority and adhering to all safety policies and standards.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe facility, adhering to 5S standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
