We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trailer Leasing and Rental Sales Representative to join our team at TyCorra Leasing, with affiliated companies Wabash Canada, GoRight Fleet Solutions, and Mirlin Technologies.

This role involves managing and expanding our trailer leasing and rental business by building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong trailer leasing and rental experience, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for the transportation industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Generate new business opportunities and acquire new clients for trailer leasing and rental services.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assess market trends.

 

  • Client Consultation and Service:
    • Understand clients’ trailer leasing and rental needs and provide customized solutions.
    • Prepare and present rental and leasing proposals, including pricing and terms.
    • Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.

 

  • Administrative Duties:
    • Manage and update client information in the CRM system.
    • Handle lease and rental agreements, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
    • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and maintenance of trailers.
    • Perform inbound and outbound trailer inspections, including taking photos and entering and exiting interior of trailers.

 

  • Customer Support:
    • Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
    • Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

 

  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze trends to inform strategy.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay competitive in the market.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in trailer leasing, rental, or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of leasing and rental processes, including contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.

 

Education:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, sales, or a related field is a plus.

 

Additional Information:

 

  • Travel will be required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
