Operations - Supervisor

We are currently hiring for an Operations Supervisor to manage one of our local facilities

What We expect: 

• Responsible for coordinating, managing and monitoring operations 
• Ensuring the health and safety of team members 
• Oversight of product quality and financial viability
• Provide accurate and timely reporting
• Engage continuous improvement initiatives 
• Oversee effective and efficient shipping, receiving, and maintenance of equipment. 
• Professional development of staff
• Provide excellent customer service promoting repeat business 
• Maintain established accounting controls including daily cash balancing  

Experience: 

Minimum: 

• 3-5 years’ experience with, shipping and processing    
• 3-5 years’ experience in a leadership role 

Preferred:

• 3+ years’ experience recycling, receiving, shipping and processing
• 5+  years’ experience in a leadership role

Education:

• N/A

Preferred:

• Bachelor Degree
