WHAT YOU’LL DO

• All Hands On Deck: Collaborate with human resources to craft and execute shipshape events—think team-building exercises, workshops, and full-blown celebrations that keep our crew's morale sky-high!
• Party Captain: You'll be the go-to navigator for all our events, ensuring every gathering is nothing short of legendary. From choosing the perfect venue to dealing with caterers, your knack for logistics will make sure every event sails smoothly.
• Charting the Course: Work closely with our Captain (a.k.a. the CEO) and the senior officers to prepare for quarterly meetings and special board activities. Your organizational skills will ensure we're always ready to set sail on company matters.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED IN YOUR TOOLKIT

• Aye Aye, Captain: A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related fields. Equivalencies will be considered.
• Master of the Rigging: Proven skills in event planning and budget navigation. Your toolset includes the full Microsoft Office Suite and a treasure trove of organizational strategies.
• Swabbing the Deck Together: You're great at rallying the crew (a.k.a. employee engagement) and thrive in a collaborative ocean.
• Smooth Sailing: You have experience in working with senior executives and a board of directors and excel in making sure they’re all pulling on the same oar to keep us on course.
