Prototype UI Developer

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Prototype UI Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with backend and frontend developers to prototype innovative security products. As a Prototype UI Developer, you will lead the team in establishing and maintaining UI standards, principles, and technologies, with a strong focus on TypeScript/JavaScript and Vue.js. If you are passionate about creating seamless user experiences and have a keen interest in security products, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with backend and frontend developers to design and prototype security products.
• Lead the team in defining and implementing UI standards, principles, and best practices.
• Utilize TypeScript/JavaScript with a strong emphasis on Vue.js to develop high-quality prototypes.
• Ensure that all UI components are optimized for performance and usability.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers on the team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements and specifications.
• Identify and address UI/UX challenges and opportunities within the security domain.
• Adapt to changing priorities and work within fast feedback loops typical of prototype work.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in JavaScript/TypeScript development.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Vue.js.
• Proven track record of leading UI/UX projects and setting standards.
• Strong understanding of UI design principles and best practices.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Python experience is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of security domain principles and practices is an asset.
• Comfortable with changing priorities and fast feedback loops in a prototype environment.
