Detail Supervisor

DRIVING FORCE is currently seeking a Permanent Full-Time Detail Supervisor in our Burnaby location to support the Rentals department. The duty of the Supervisor will be to streamline the flow of work for detailers in the back shop and act as a single point of contact regarding vehicle readiness for Rentals.

What you will do: 

• Ensure rental vehicles are ready for customers
• Monitor supply levels weekly
• Ensure MSDS are up to date and readily available to staff at all times
• Complete daily equipment inspections at the beginning of the day
• Complete lock out/tag out when needed for equipment that is not in good working condition
• Maintain compliance of decal procedures
• Training staff on use of chemicals and PPE, processes, and paperwork
• Ensure the shop is clean and safe
• Staging of vehicles (fire extinguisher, first-aid, buggy whip, flares, etc.)

What you will bring:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Attention to detail
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Supervisory experience
• Ability to prioritize
