The Driving Force Inc. is currently seeking a Customer Account Administrator to provide administrative support to the Corporate Customer Manager and the Corporate Customer Specialists

What You'll Do:

  • Handle phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Address customer and vendor inquiries efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the direct manager on opportunities and customer issues.
  • Support Corporate Customer Specialists and deliver top-notch customer service.
  • Develop and manage a centralized traffic ticket system.
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of TDFI’s business for effective dealings.
  • Prepare and submit bid proposals to Business Development Managers.
  • Enter critical customer account notes into SYNC and review tender emails.
  • Analyze data, gather information, and research tender opportunities.
  • Communicate tender opportunities with branches and stay informed about TDF Group’s offerings.

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience in the automotive industry
  • Due to fiduciary responsibility, pre-hire Criminal Security Clearance and Credit Check is required
  • Efficient time management skills to meet demanding deadlines
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to delegate tasks effectively
  • Strong Organization skills
  • Experience in fleet management would be considered an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in business development contracts

This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.
