Women's Locker Room Attendant

We are seeking a Women’s Locker Room Attendant to join our facilities team.  This position reports to the Director of Clubhouse Operations. 

This attendant is an extremely important front-line staff, whose role is to help make the Club’s female members and guests as comfortable as possible when using the Women’s Locker Room, the Women’s Card Room and the Women’s Lounge.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working closelywith the Restaurantservice staff to take orders and deliver,food and beverages to women inthe card room andthe lounge.
• Being present and ready to serve during off-seasonbridge sessions.
• Because alcohol is consumed inthe loungeand card room,Serving-It-Right accreditation isnecessary.
• Replenishingtoiletries,towels,beverages,snacks and other amenities and supplies.
• Cleaning,includingshower and vanity wiping, table clearing and wiping.
• Golfshoes are taken to the shoe cleaning facility andonce cleaned, distributed to lockers.
• Cleaningand tidyingthe lowerbar and Grab & Go areas,cleanthe automatic coffee machine.
• Cleaningand replenishingsupplies inthe hallway handicap/women'swashroom.
• Organizingand stockingthe women'sstaff washroom.
• Cleaning and tidying the staff lunchroom and the staff patio lunch area.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements

• Service orientation, comfortable helping customers with high expectations.
• Good communication skills - confident speaking with members, guests and colleagues.
• Problem solver - ability to understand and resolve issues.
• Age 19+ for serving alcohol.
