The Role:

As a Senior Project Manager, Physical Security, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of physical security solutions. You will be working closely with our public sector client to develop plans for new accommodations and oversee their implementation. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and that projects are completed on time and within budget.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage deployment activities to ensure projects are executed on budget, within scope and schedule.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess technical security needs and develop (or review) comprehensive physical security designs and their associated architecture.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance and support as needed to other Project Managers.

 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Senior-level experience in public sector project management/fit up experience.
  • Degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or another relevant field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess security risks and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Executive presence with strong communication skills.
  • Existing Secret level Government of Canada security clearance
