Insurance Relations and Process Specialist:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

As a CAA Niagara Insurance Relations and Process Specialist, your responsibilities and duties will be, including but not limited to:

 

  • Review, update, and implement procedures for insurance products at CAA Niagara.
  • Collaborate with Orion L&D to align training content with company needs.
  • Develop and propose new procedures or improvements to adapt to the evolving insurance industry.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, senior leaders, managers, and employees regarding updates to insurance policies or practices.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and call listening, with follow-up coaching as needed.
  • Deliver and coordinate new hire training programs for travel insurance licenses through Orion.
  • Monitor and report on insurance sales performance to ensure process adherence and identify areas for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

 

To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following regarding:

 

Experience: 

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or similar program or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with sales and data analytics.
  • Must be, or be able to become, TICO Certified within the first three months of employment.
  • Completion of Orion Training Instructor certificate or currently pursuing (must obtain)

Skills and Characteristics: Clear communication and presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing tasks with precision. Creative problem solver and can develop innovative solutions that drive business success.

Working Conditions: Working in an office environment with frequent interruptions, Occasional work outside regular business hours, Attendance to community events outside work hours required
