Overview: We are seeking a Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience in managing IT projects to join our team. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments of software applications or solutions to optimize business processes. The ideal candidate must be a team player, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. They should have a proven track record of managing complex integration projects, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of business processes and systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to track milestone deliverables.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to support project objectives and timelines.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments and teams involved in the integration process.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, status, and budget to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices throughout the integration lifecycle.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate outcomes, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, project management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant business experience working with multiple ERP platforms such as MSFT D365, SAP ECC, JDE E1 are assets.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager leading business integration projects within a complex organizational environment.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, systems integration, and enterprise-wide project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change, influence stakeholders, and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong proficiency in English; bilingualism is an asset.
  • Project management certification is an asset.
  • Experience with business process reengineering, ERP systems, and/or CRM systems integration is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
  • Experience using monday.com is highly desirable.
